Alex Bacu, CFA, Managing Director, joined the firm in 2005. Alex is a Associate Portfolio Manager on Team Kaminsky, within the firm’s Private Asset Management Division. Prior to his current position, he was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers. He was involved with the analysis and execution of high yield, equity and M&A transactions in the Technology industry. Alex earned a BA in Economics and Fine Arts from Amherst College, Phi Beta Kappa and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
