David Portny, Managing Director, joined the firm in 1993. He is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Messinger Group’s Equity and Fixed Income Strategies. David works closely with clients including families, endowments and foundations, providing customized investment and planning solutions to meet their unique financial needs. He began his career at Neuberger Berman and joined the Messinger Group in 1999. David received his BS from the New York University Stern School of Business and has over 25 years of investment experience.
