Francis L. Fraenkel, Managing Director, joined the firm in 2000. Francis is a Senior Portfolio manager for the Fraenkel Group within the firm’s Private Asset Management division. Prior to joining the firm, he founded a company of his own in 1991, Delta Capital Management, which was acquired by Neuberger Berman in December of 2000. Prior to that, Francis joined the Shearson American Express complex, where he served in a number of positions, including chairman and CEO of Lehman Management Co. In addition, he served as a partner of Loeb Rhoades & Co. He earned a BBA from Tulane University’s School of Business, and was named Outstanding Alumnus in 1983.
