Lisa Reed, Managing Director, joined the firm in 1998. As a Wealth Advisor, Lisa customizes investment solutions for high net worth individuals, small corporations, foundations and endowments in the greater Los Angeles area. Lisa has broad investment management experience, including working as a senior portfolio manager for institutional pension plan investments. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman in 1998, Ms. Reed was Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Scudder Kemper Investments in Los Angeles for more than ten years. In addition, Ms. Reed spent four years as Supervisor of Operations and Settlements at Morgan Stanley International (London) and Wilshire Associates. Ms. Reed received a BA in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has more than thirty years of investment management experience and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Los Angeles. Ms. Reed was honored to be ranked #37 on Barron's 2023 Top 100 Women Financial Advisors in the nation, which marks her sixth straight year on the list. Additionally, for the seventh straight year, she ranked on Barron's 2024 Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in the nation at #62 in California. She also ranked #80 on Barron’s 2021 Top 100 Independent Advisors ranking. In 2014, Ms. Reed was honored by California State Senator Carol Liu with the Pathways: Women Mean Business award for Outstanding Corporate Woman for her exceptional contribution to the greater good of the economy and the community through advancing business, economic vitality, diversity and quality of life.
