WHO WE ARE

The Nackenson Group

High conviction, multi-cap core portfolio

Our strategy is focused on free cash flow and capital structure evaluation, which allows our fundamental analysis of individual companies to drive investment decisions.

Our Philosophy & Process

We construct a multi-cap core equity portfolio that is diversified across market capitalization, sector and style. Our bottom-up strategy allows our fundamental analysis to drive investment decisions. Portfolio construction is an important component of our investment process and consists of three distinct investment categories: Special Situation, Opportunistic and Classic investments.

Our philosophy is based on fundamental research and disciplined valuation analysis. Through our research, we assess a company’s business prospects and understand its position within the relevant context of both sector and industry. Our strategic and differentiated valuation analysis focuses on free cash flow and return on invested capital. We incorporate detailed reviews of company balance sheets, cash flow statements and income statements.

We remain committed to the rigorous filtering of new investment ideas, our continuing research and the ongoing evaluation of our clients’ existing investments.
