Rand W. Gesing, CFA

Rand W. Gesing, CFA, Senior Vice President, joined the firm in 2008 when David J. Greene and Company was acquired by Neuberger Berman. Rand is a Research Analyst for the Neuberger Berman Intrinsic Value strategies and a co-Portfolio Manager for the Mid Cap Intrinsic Value Funds. Prior to the acquisition, he was a Principal and Research Analyst at David J. Greene and Company, LLC. He was responsible for stock recommendations and ongoing research within his sectors. Previously, Rand worked at Moody, Aldrich, and Sullivan as an Equity Analyst. Prior to that, he spent eleven years working for several Boston based commercial banks as a Credit Analyst and a Commercial Loan Review Analyst. Rand is a member of the New York Society for Security Analysts. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from Northeastern University. He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
