Xavier Peoples

Xavier Peoples, Senior Vice President, joined the firm in 2022 as a Wealth Advisor, working closely with high net worth individuals and families to develop and implement customized investment solutions often across multiple generations. Additionally, he helps non profit foundations and endowments to realize their long-term goals through effective planning, board governance, planned giving and investment management. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, Xavier gained investment advisory experience at The Capital Group Private Client Services. Previously, he was with US Trust, Bank of America’s Private Wealth Group, working closely with clients and their professional advisors in the areas of asset allocation, investment management and wealth planning. He started his career at Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He is infectiously committed to affecting positive change through financial literacy, wealth building and advocacy within his community. He has sat on several boards, most notably, Citizens Trust Bank Advisory Board, The Atlanta Police Foundation, New Leaders Council San Francisco and Influencers Coalition just to name a few. Xavier earned his Bachelor’s in Science with a focus in Business Administration – Finance from the University of West Georgia. He is the Founder of HBCU change LLC, a non-profit that raises funds for historically black colleges and universities.
