Comprehensive solutions based approach with conservative growth investing focus
Fraenkel Group is a research-driven manager of significant size, scale and resources serving individuals, families, foundations, retirement plans, endowments, and family offices.
Our Philosophy & Process
We are client focused and invest in high quality companies with long-term potential.
Listening is the cornerstone of our practice. Each client has a story that shapes their investment attitudes and goals. Our process begins by spending significant time with our clients to hear these stories. Asking questions to understand their lives and situations, and to identify how they feel about their wealth and investing, is the only way to truly develop a solution that meets each individual’s or organization’s unique investment goals and expectations. Our team is multi-generational, which matches the long-term multi-generational relationships we maintain with many of our clients (serving parents, children, and grandchildren). We have a high touch approach to client service, and offer clients access to a trusted advisor network.
The foundation of the Fraenkel Group’s core strategy is conservative growth – with a focus on investing tax efficiently for the long-term in high quality industry leaders in which we have a strong conviction. Our goal is to deliver solid, long-term performance based on sound judgment. We follow a consistent approach to portfolio management that focuses on a rigorous decision-making process. We are research-driven, using proprietary analysis and a well-defined process to identify and evaluate ideas and companies. We combine fundamental research with supplemental technical analysis, to remove the emotion from buying and selling portfolio companies – focusing on relative strength and other quantitative statistics and rankings.
